In the mixed up, screwed up, divided world we live in, one thing we can all agree on (I think,) is the power of the almighty avocado.

Friday, July 31 is National Avocado Day 2020, a day to shelve social media fights and replace with love for the humble superfruit.

And for San Diego avo-fans, FREE guacamole is available at Rubio’s Coastal Grill, Chipotle and WaBa Grill restaurants.

At Chipotle, rewards members can grab free guacamole (with purchase) through Aug. 2. Orders must be placed via the Chipotle mobile app or online.

At Rubio’s, customers can receive a free serving of freshly made chips and guacamole with any order. The San Diego-based chain makes its guacamole onsite daily, using Hass avocados, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and natural sea salt. So so good.

Finally, at WaBa Grill restaurants, rewards members can snag a free avocado half , or “Half-Ocado,” with every entrée purchase through Aug. 2.
