A Peruvian surfer had his session shut down for violating President Martín Vizcarra’s 15-day quarantine.  Under military-enforced lockdown to slow the spread of the coronavirus, authorities tossed the handsome surfer into the back of a paddy wagon for breaking the law (while breaking all social distancing rules in the process.)
