If you’re a San Diego surfer, you know the name “Bird” Huffman. The owner of Bird’s Surf Shed, Huffman also delivers surf reports for local radio and Surfline.
Prior to the Sheds, Bird co-owned South Coast Surf Shops in Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach. Throughout his 45+ years in the surf industry, Bird has gifted thousands of San Diegans (and visitors) with the stoke of surfing — including the host of Talking Story, Chris Cantore.
