Their Save the Weed, Save the World program is committed to providing much-needed clothing for the homeless. With their “Look Fresh, Give Back” line, every item of clothing bought will see the same item donated to those who are struggling.
The Bags
Invited guests were treated to a gift bag upon arrival, which contained some of the latest, most innovative cannabis products on the market today.
Highlights
QWIN Nebulizers provided guests with their latest QWIN Module and two flavors of their CBDi capsules. Their hemp-derived CBD capsules come with 75mg of hemp-derived CBD and are designed to provide the user with precise dosing.
CRU Cannabis treated guests to a PB&J pre-roll as well as a Wedding Cake disposable vape pen. And if attendees couldn’t wait to get home to give them a try, MJ Tours was on-hand to smoke out the guests and keep the vibe chill.

The Celebs
BudTrader.com’s gift suite had a select guest list, which included some famous (and some infamous names). My little nerd heart skipped a beat when I saw Dominic Keating (Lt. Malcolm Reed from Star Trek: Enterprise).

I’m not saying me and Craig Robinson (Ghosted, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Hot Tub Time Machine) became “best buds” at the party. No, really, I’m not; the sign behind us does. Well, the fanboy in me wishes we did, anyway.

Other celebs present included Teen Mom’s Farrah Abraham, hip-hop artist Ice Wata, and actor/comedian/model Daniel Franzese.
Pro athletes and recent additions to the BudTrader.com board of directors John Salley and Ian McCall also took a stroll across BudTrader’s red carpet.

Music
It’s not a party without good music. During the afternoon, the vibe was maintained by a pretty chill playlist. Then, as the clock struck 4:20, a jamming duo consisting of Dylan Meek and James Yoshizawa took the stage. Their blend of jazz, blues, and classic rock kept the party nice and mellow.
Art
High Art Studios, whose cannabis-themed work can be found in Netflix’s Disjointed, had a table set up with some of their best work guests could buy.
Live painter LinZy Miggantz also treated guests to a live painting session.

San Diego canna-florists Flowers on Flowerz created several beautiful floral arrangements that decorated the suite. Their stunning work integrates the cannabis leaf with traditional floral arrangements.
Massage
Nothing goes better with a cannabis-themed party than a cannabis-infused massage. Traveling Hands brought two of their massage therapists to treat guests to a five-minute chair massage at the party. Traveling Hands uses cannabis-infused topicals in their massages to help battle chronic pain and inflamation. They also travel to you, so you can relax in the comfort of your own home.

Cannabis in the Mainstream
Most, if not all, of the vendors and artists as well as the personalities who attended had the same goal: to see cannabis enter societal mainstream. As the cannabis’s numerous benefits continue to be discovered, this plant can no longer be ignored. BudTrader’s CEO, Brad McLaughlin, has been lobbying for cannabis’s legalization at the federal level and has met with some of the heaviest hitters in Washington, D.C. Expect to see many more of these successful events in the near future.
