The Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival kicks off tonight — and make no mistake, aside from the musicians taking the stage over the course of the three-day festival in Temecula — the wine is the star of the show.
Tickets are still available for the festival itself and tasting tickets are sold once you get inside the gates. And don’t freak out, beernicks, you can get beer all weekend long, too. Just be sure to mix in some food and water hydration in between alcoholic drinks — it will be warm out there.
Here are the wineries that will be pouring this weekend: Akash Winery, Beach House Winery, Briar Rose Winery, Casa Tiene Vista Vineyard, Curry Vineyard, Coyote Oaks Winery, Emerald Creek Winery, Europa Village Wineries, LeGrange Winery, Lorenzi Estate Winery, Lorimar Winery, Mahogany Mountain Winery, Maurice Car’rie Winery, Monte de Oro Winery, Thornton Winery, Twin Oaks Winery, Van Roekel Winery, Wiens Family Cellars and Wilson Creek Winery.
Make sure you stick around tonight and Saturday evening for the hot air Balloon Glow (weather permitting) because it’s really a cool experience. After that, stick around for dance off that alcohol with EDM Deejay Pasha.
