Happy Taco Tuesday YEW Crew! Is it just us, or is Taco Tuesday even sweeter post a three day weekend?
Week 8 of 52 Weeks of Tacos is here, and with it comes some uncharacteristically low temps for us San Diegans. Winter, is that you? Bitter wind, dry skin, we’re flying into the week firmly in the mid 50’s. Call us crazy, but this chill has got us craving some comfort food in the form of a taco. Meet Karina’s Ceviches & More and their Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Taco, here to lure us out of our winter blues with a spin on Surf and Turf that is stuffed (literally) with goodness.
